Goldeneye - Falling Speakers
Right after Natalia tries to leave the EMP'ed building, yelling her name to the speaker thing, a set of 4 speaker type things fall on top of her. Later, when she covers up her dead friend, the speakers are in place and haven't fallen.

I don't know if it's the same for the movie, but in the video game there are two sets of four speakers.
