Groundhog Day - Reflected Flames
In the scene where Phil commits suicide by driving the truck into the quarry, we see the light of the flames from the burning wreckage reflecting off of Rita and Larry (his cameraman), and Larry is filming the blaze; but what's reflected in his lens (and can clearly be seen for several seconds) is not flames, but the orange-filtered studio lights used to give the effect of the flames.
