Go to the docks where you deliver cars for export/import. On your way, look at the map and follow the train tracks. When you get there, before you get past the gate, get out of your car and go to the right of the gate. Just after it ends. you will see a part of the ocean, but look at your map. It recognizes it as part of the ship while actually,it should be water on the map!
