When Scully is trying to access Mulder's computer, she types in the password trustno1 a total of 8 keystrokes, yet if you listen, you can clearly hear her hit 9 keys before she hits the return.

Albert writes:: Actually, I noticed a slip-up in my own comment above. If Scully had indeed messed up and backspaced, you would have heard 10 keystrokes, not 9 (8 characters + 1 backspace to erase the wrong character + 1 keystroke for the right character, or 9 characters + 1 backspace to remove an extra character). So maybe she had to hit the tab key once to move focus to the "OK" button?; 15 of 6576 found this helpful. Did you?
