On pg. 204 Kirkpatrick is questioning Amy, he asks her again for her clients' real name (Carl Rice) she says she can't cause of "client confidence privilege". But on the very next pg. when Kirkpatrick is explaining the escape he says; "Rice and the woman locked everyone...and disappeared." Quite a slip up if most of the book is based on no one knowing Carl's identity.
