After the wild humans steal all the astronauts' clothes, Taylor runs through some bushes towards the camera. He is supposed to be naked, but if you look real closely you can see he has on tan colored boxer shorts.
You need to pay more attention. Taylor & the others recover part of their clothes before finding the group of humans. Taylor is seen wearing the shorts throughout the entire encounter. And after he is captured, Zira asks the guards "Which one was wearing the strange clothing?" referring to Taylor.
