At about 59 minutes into the movie, you'll see Kirsty running around in Hell. As she stops, she leans against the wall and bangs her head gently at it. If you look closely, you'll see that the wall moves a bit (as if it was made of cardboard).

This happen again a few minutes later when Kirsty is being pushed up against a wall by Frank.
