In the episode "Stewie Kills Lois Pt. 1 of 2," there is a slip-up just as Lois gets shot by Stewie. The scene shows a front view of Lois receiving many bullet holes to the chest and the bullets clearly exit behind her. It then cuts to a rear view of Lois falling over the edge of the cruise ship with no bullet holes on her back.
