Towards the end of the movie, after Marlin and Nemo are back home, Nemo goes back to school. As Mr. Ray leaves with the kids, Nemo swims back to hug his dad. Nemo swims up on Marlins left hand side and grabs on fast, and then marlin spins around, but Nemo is still on the left. It appears as though Nemo went through Marlin. Easy to see if you are looking for it.
