Pirates of the Carribean: At World's End - Wind or No Wind?
In the scene when we first see Jack in Davy Jones' locker (after the scenes with all the Jacks doing different things on the ship) after he says 'Gentlemen, I wash my hands of this weirdness" and slides down the roap, he licks his finger, holds it up, and says "no wind." Then he walks a little ways. He stops and says he wants "..a gust, a whisper, a tiny lick..." While he is saying this (and after he stops speaking), his hair is blowing slightly.
