in the episode "Larry" I think, where Jump City is turning all topsy turvy, sometime when the city was changed, Beast Boy loses his mouth. When he finds it again, he puts it on backwards, which makes his fang be reversed, and talk backwards. But in many scenes, his fang switches back and forth to it's rightful place throughout the episode.
