In the scene where Arwen has Frodo on her horse and they are trying to outrun the nazgul, you will see a shot of Frodo's face where he clearly has a bit of vomit and possibly some eye congestions. In the next scene, when they cross the river, you will see another shot of Frodo's face but this time the vomit and eye congestions have disappeared.
