1. First go pg. 338 of the book
2. You'll notice that it mentions Colin AND Dennis Creavy
Dennis Creavy isn't even supposed to be in Hogsmeade because at this point he's in his 2nd year. Only 3rd years and above are allowed to go to Hogsmeade.
