When Alex and Samantha are playing video games at Alex's house during the party scene, you can see Dante and Kane sitting on the couch with the doctor next to them in the chair. The camera quickly cuts to Alex as he explains a combo move he just did on Samantha. When it cuts back to the previous view, Dante, Kane, and the doctor are replaced with Josh and the hookers.
