When Barry is hit by the car you see him lying on the rubble and a T-shirt is protruding from half way up his back under the yellow shirt and down over his pants. In all the scenes leading up to this and the close-up immediately after it is very clear that he has no T-shirt at all on, just the yellow shirt.
