In the scene where Jack Nicholson's character is testing DiCaprio's character by smashing his cast and hand, he offers to pay to have the cast replaced. He reaches for his money clip and counts out three bills. He throws them on the table in front of DiCaprio and the scene immediately cuts to Nicholson from behind. The money on table disappears and Nicholson throws another bundle of money on the table.
