In the scene where Eomer and some of his soldiers are looking for Theodred after a battle, Eomer kneels down to check a wounded (or dead) soldier. In the very next shot, which is only a split second later, Eomer is standing and he rolls a dead Uruk-hai over to reveal the white hand of Saruman. He managed to get up pretty quick, no?
