In the episode where everyone goes to the gym, before they leave and Carlton comes in dance and singing, Carlton isn't wearing a headband. When he is talking to Will, when you can only see Will's face and the side/back of Carlton's head, he has the headband on. When it zooms out and shows the whole room again, the headband is gone.
