In the episode Death is a B****, Peter goes with the Grim Reaper for a few seconds. When they are leaving the house, Death puts his hand on Peter's shoulder. Later in the episode, when Peter's Death, whenever he touches anything, it dies. So when Death put his hand on Peter's shoulder, he should have died!
