Right after they are married, and they go into the suite. when they start kissing, Sarah gets a bloody nose. Tom helps clean it up, and then puts a piece of toilet paper under her lip. it's very noticable. She lays back down on the bed, and it's still there. Then tom appears on the screen. Then when it goes back to Sarah, the Toilet paper is gone. They also talk about it in the director's commentary available on the dvd.
