Pirates of the Caribbean (The Curse of the Black Pearl) - Eye Color Change
Near the start of the movie, young Elizabeth takes the medallion from Will. She walks over and looks out of the side of the ship. She sees a pirate flag. Then it goes back and shows her eyes. They are clearly blue. Then, an instant later, she opens her eyes. They are now brown.
