In "Sleuthing with the Enemy," Piper freezes Krell then unfreezes just his head and sayes "I've never done that before," but in "Chick Flick," she just unfreezes Leo in the restaurant while everybody else stays frozen. She has also done it even before that one, she has done it many times before.
