Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail - I'm Not Dead!
In the scene where Sir Launcelot swings from the chandelier to escape from Swamp Castle, look in the background, at the top of the staircase - one of the supposedly "dead" guards can be seen sitting up and waving to the camera.
