On DVD the scene is "Fight at 10:00pm"

at 16:22 into the movie, The fight between Rusty James (Matt Dylan) and Biff WIllcox is well under way.

Rusty has just thrown Biff onto a train platform, from here on, there are quite a few shots, in which it is very clear that Matt forgot to replace the armband. These are the closeups scenes from the fight.

This is such an outstanding movie, I hate to even mention it.
