Prestige, The - Gallons???
In the opening scene where Michael Caine is testifying to the court about seeing Borden kill Angier he is asked about the tank that Angier drowned in he says it was "Oh about 4-500 gallons" which makes no sense,as the movie is based in Victorian England were they use liters, not gallons.

Absolutely incorrect. Great Britain only adopted the Metric System around 1965.

The system of measurement using gallons (and inches, miles, etc.) is commonly referred to as the "English System" for a reason.
