In the movie Paolo takes Lizzie to mmet Franca the designer. When they get there she tells someone to fix her hair and whens she gets back to the hotel Kate notices that her hair is in black Hi-lights. But later in the movie( the next time she sneaks out) the hi-lights are gone! I didnt know Hi-lights only lasted about 20 min!
