Fly Boys - Germans Have Advanced Technology?
The Fokker Dr.I Triplanes shown in Flyboys did not come out until later in the war and were never used in the capacity that was shown in the movie. Very few were ever used because they had structural issues with them. And when the Germans are over running the French village where that French woman lived that Rawlings(?) was seeing, they show German tanks rolling through the countryside, but the tanks never entered service until 1918. Remember, the movie takes place in 1916-1917.
