In the scene where Oda Mae is yelling at Sam in the middle of the street because he made her give away the 4 million dollars there is an extra, a woman with short black hair and a blue blazer or blouse. She first walks past Oda Mae going across the street to the right then no more then 2 seconds when the camera cuts to Sam the same extra is walking past Sam coming right back towards where the nuns are. I am pretty sure there are a few other extras you can see twice in that scene but I have not really bothered to look too hard.
