Big Daddy - Golf Ball Magic Trick
In the first 5 minutes of the movie, Sonny and his roommate(Kevin) are on top of the building right after Kevin proposes to Korin. Sonny is playing putt putt golf and has a total of 5 balls he is using. In the first screen shot you see Sonny hit the third ball towards the hole. In the last screen shot, Sonny putts a ball towards the hole, but now there are only two balls sitting by the hole. Where did the other ball go?

If Sonny hit his third ball out of five then of course there will only be two left. You better correct yourself because your the one with the slip-up.

Actually you are right there are many slip ups in that scene. The first shot shows 3 balls near the hole..and three up on the raised portion. Then Sonny and Kevin are talking and Kevin says, "Remember the roof breaks to the right." The golf balls changed position. Also when Sonny hits the putt there are only two balls. However, it could be possible that the third one Sonny hit was past the camera's view....it is a judgment call. but overall the golf balls move around in this scene.

Who knows what happened to the golf ball and anyways who really cares? Did it ever occur to anyone that maybe the rat ate it? You know he would probably be hungry. A golf ball might taste good. You wouldn't know unless you tried it!
