Supernatural - Who's Jensen? Ep: Hell House
In The episode Hell House immediatly after the scene were Jensen Ackles' character, Dean, puts itching powder in Jared Padaleki's character, Sam, boxer shorts, the are in a resturant and the must have ordered drinks. Now listen closley because when the waiter hands them their drinks he says "Here you go Jensen." Interesting.

the guy who gives dean the drinks doesn't say 'here you go, jensen' he actually say 'there you go, gents' its on the subtitles

The first comment is correct. This is not a slip-up at all. He clearly says, "Gents" not Jensen, as this post claims.
