In the episode "Provanence" of the series Supernatural, there is NO slip-up candradictory to previous reports. In this episode, it is belived that Jensen Ackles character "Dean" calls his co-star (Jared padaleki) by his real name. I personally reviewed the episode countless times to confirm this slip-up and found one thing...there isn't one. In the scene where the boys are at a victims house investigating the haunted painting, it is believed that Jensen's charcter notices the strait razor is closed in one copy and open in the original and says "Jared, check this out" when, in fact he does use the characters name "SAM, check this out." Although, Jensen delivers the line in a muffled voice, I can see how this mistake could have been made.
