Lord of The Rings: Fellowship of The Ring - Color Changing Arrows
After Aragorn says Let's go hunt some orc at the end of the movie there is a close up on legolas. In his quiver are green featered arrows. The there is a shoty of Legolas running His arrow feathers change to yellow.

Yah! I actually noticed that the first time I ever watched the movie! I didn't know Legolas's name at first so I thought to myself "Hey! That cute elf guy's arrows just changed color!"

I think it is just a lighting mishap. Because i you look closely, there not completely green, and i think some of them are half green and half yellow in the very front of the quiver.

me writes:
they don't really change colour all that much... just before aragorn says "lets go hunt some orc" the camera angles switch from aragorn to legolas and back again and the colours don't change much but that is because of the different lighting and angles. after aragorn says the thing the camera goes between gimli and legolas, legolas' arrows change in to more of a green than of a yellowy green before.
