When Lena is sketching the boats, you catch a glimpse of Kostos, whom is wearing a shirt. Now, when he jumps into the water to save Lena he is not wearing a shirt. I know he could've just taken it off, but no one is going to take the time to take off their shirt to save a drowning girl.
