In the 40 year old virgin, about 4/5ths of the way through the movie when Andy and Trish have the fight about all the toys, Andy says "I didnt ask for any of this" and when the camera switches to Trish there is a Dracula action figure box sitting on some bubble wrapped boxes in the lower right corner of the screen. The camera then switches to Andy as he walks out the door and when it switches back to Trish the Dracula box is suddenly gone.
