Approximately 2 weeks ago, CSI Miami episode where DEA agents are working undercover as members of a motorcycle gang. Kelly(Emily Proctor)had collected evidence and is taking a backroad to the lab when she is run off the road into water. She gets out, unharmed, and is sitting road side,dazed and confused. Horatio walks up and starts calling her ..first he calls her Emily, then calls her Kelly. Guess it wasn't caught in the editing room.
