Three Men and a Baby - Ghost Boy
There is a scene in this where 1 of the men is in the room at night all by himself,(he puts the baby to sleep?) and as he turns around at the window there is a little boy.
The crew and producers researched everybody who was part fo the crew or cast... this boy never was... they never knew who he was.and to this day they still dont.

I think that this "ghost boy" rumor has been talked about for eons now. It isn't an original slip up that you found. Most everybody who has seen the movie has heard about it.

The "ghost boy" is actually a promotional cut-out of Ted Danson, as explained by Snopes. http://www.snopes.com/movies/films/3menbaby.htm
