In the scene where Oz is at the hotel in Chicago, Cynthia comes to visit him. He is rinsing his mouth out because he had just puked. He rinses, then puts the bottle of mouthwash down on the bathroom sink. The camera goes to Cynthia, then back to Oz in the bathroom and the bottle is gone. He didn't throw it, so it didn't fall down!!
