In this episode "Nick of Time" William Shatner is playing a character who is extremely superstitious. His car breaks down in a small town. He and his new wife are stranded for a few hours. While they wait in a cafe, there is a napkin holder that foretells the future for a penny. He becomes obsessed with this. The new wife is trying to tell him it's just a machine with napkins. So he asks her to ask a question.

She asks will I ever be married. In the first half it is made clear that they are newlyweds by statements she makes such as "What kind of a man did I married etc.." and that they are on their honeymoon. Why would she ask will I ever get married.
