Final Destination 3 - Cause of the Rollercoaster to Crash
When Wendy has the premonition of the crash, you see Frankie behind the two tanning girls with his camera. When the rollercoaster makes a loop his camera falls out and get stuk on the tracks, this is fatal for the coaster. But when Wendy wants to get out of the ride he gets out too, so the coaster shoulden't crash the same cause the camera can't get stuk on the tracks.
Some people claim the hydrolics leaking would still cause it but rollercoasters normally have safety cables to keep the rollercoaster stable even with the hydrolics leaked.
