During the scene when Neo is being interrogated and is being implanted with that spider bug thing, there is a scene when he is flat on his back on the table moving around as the bug is entering his naval. The camera cuts to a few different angles and in 2 cuts where the spider was in the previous shot running around his stomach, it disappears on the next only to reappear on the next cut. It lasts only 2 shots then it enters.
