During the truck chase scene, after the Terminator picks up John off his dirtbike, he takes his shotgun out and shoots the tire of the truck, causing it to swerve. Slowing down the film as the Terminator starts to shoot, you can see a piece of the camera rig system (a frame that attaches to Arnold's motorcycle as he rides to steady the camera). It's off-yellow color, bottom right hand corner of the footage.
