Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater - Big Boss Didn't Lose His Eye!?
When you reach the part where the hangar of the Shagohod is destroyed, you can see a cinema where Snake and Eva escape in a motorcycle.
Ok, but when Snake saves Ocelot, he shoots a rocket to the girder.
But how does he aim without his right eye?!
If you pay attention you can see that Snake aims with his right eye, but at that point he has no eye in there!

Actually, if you look closely, Snake turned his head and aimed the rocket launcher with his LEFT eye, not his right.
