Home Improvement - Empty Hose
This one's not really that important but it caught my eye pretty quickly. The episode is the one where the Taylor bathroom was being remodelled. (Original Airdate November 19, 1991)
Near the end when Tim is starting to talk to Wilson and disconnects the garden hose to give Wilson back "his end". Wilson asks if the taylor's water has been turned back on and Tim disconnects the hose that he was using to run water to his house.
If Wilson didn't know that the water was turned back on already then his faucet would still be on and Tim would've been sprayed trying to disconnect the hose (I'm sure a lot of you have experienced this phenomenon 8o).
To add to it...there is absolutly no water dripping from the hose either which is a sign that the water had to have been turned off prior to Tim walking up to it.
[end of slip up]
Antiskepticisms:
Wilson was cooking and I saw no action that would assume he turned off the water after Tim said he had the water back on. (Tim may have already been disconnecting the hose although I may be mistaken there)
In the case that Wilson *did* turn off the faucet and despite the hose being strung over the fence, the water on Wilson's side would have nowhere to back up to as the valve would be closed and Tim's side would've dripped as long as his gun style sprayer hadn't been disconnected.
