While Charlie, Grandpa, Mike, his dad, and Wonka are riding in the elevator, Mike hits the button for the TV room. The elevator thrusts forward. The passengers should be thrown backward, but instead they all fall forward. (They would only have fallen forward if the elevator was sent backwards.)
