After the Tinman extinquishes the Scarecrows flames (thrown by the Witch from the roof of a hut), he puts his hat back on his head, orienting the loop handle to his right. Dorothy says "You're the best friends anybody ever had" and the loop handle is now mysteriously on the left side of his head.
