Go to chapter 38. Rewind to the beggining of the fight between Aragorn and the Uru-khai leader. Start pressing pause over and over until Aragorn loses his sword the first time. Then, right after the orc throws the shield. The screen goes back to Aragorn. He is standing on the wrong side of the tree and a good three feet in front of it.
