In the scene where Mrs. Honey goes to talk to the Wormwoods’ about Matilda, there is a shot of her standing in their living room (I don't remember exactly what she is saying at the time of this slipup), but if you look closely, you can see a little pinprick of light moving in the upper right hand corner of the screen, just above the door. I guess this has something to do with the cameras, because it doesn’t look like a reflection of any kind.
