In the episode where Katie killed Tommy, when Katy was lifting the wrench above Tommy's head he had his back to her saying horrible things about Martin, but when she hit him and he fell he landed on his back like she'd hit him when he was facing her. Because we was on the edge of our seat we never noticed.
