In the beginning of the movie, Sarah picks up a tube of lipstick, soon after she throws it onto her vanity in anger. A little later in the movie when she's making her way through the Labyrinth and getting frustrated at going in circles she kneels down to mark a stone with an arrow..with that same tube of lipstick she never picked up again.
