Go to where Greg is racing Jack Burns home. When they reach the first light, the doctor in the passenger seat says, "He there's Jack. Hey Jack." Or something like that. When he says that he is leaned over and waving. Suddenly in the next shot he is leaning back in his seat with his head slightly back. It's really obvious when you see it.
